TYPICAL LISTING FEES

The typical listing fee is 2.5% of the selling price of your home. Combined with the cooperating broker commission, total commission works out to 5% of your selling price + HST.
We have various packages that give you the flexibility to choose what you want.

To be eligible for the discounted rates, you must make a formal agreement that you will purchase your next home through the listing agent within a timeframe worked out between the two parties.

A Standard 2.5% listing commission is required if you do not plan to purchase your next home through the listing agent.

This will list your property on MLS
Have the listing broker office field calls and arrange showings
The listing agent will represent you on closing and negotiate with the cooperating broker on your  behalf.
For Sales signage on your lawn (if applicable)

Professional Pictures of your home to be posted on MLS and Virtual Tour
Have a professional photographer take pictures of your home from angles you never would have imagined. Potential buyers (and even Realtors) tend to make decisions on whether or not they want to take the time out to see the property or not based on the pictures. With the ever growing internet shoppers, pictures are the deciding factors to take the time...If they don't like what they see on the computer, chances are they won't even give your property a chance.
Virtual Tours are a great way to showcase your home with more pictures in a slide show format...best of all, you can add descriptions of the pictures so buyers know exactly what they are looking at. An amazing way to market your home!

Get feedback regarding your home from Realtors and potential buyers that toured you property while it is still fresh on their minds. It could be the 1960's hand me down table lamps that are freaking people out and therefore do not want to by...It could be that the buyers felt the rooms looked too small. What ever the case may be, feedback can help us change things up on the fly and make your home more marketable!
I will also provide you with a weekly report (if your property hasn't sold in the 1st week already) with how many people came to view your home, What their feedback was, What has been done thus far to market your property, What market factors may be effecting the sale of your home, what other properties in your area just came up for sale and which ones just sold, A special Client Log in on my website for you to log in and see a logged documentation of what is being done to sell  your home!
